SALES EXPERIENCE IN ANY INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED

Prior AUTO SALES Experience is a PLUS

BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) a PLUS

Prior DEALERSHIP Experience a PLUS

COMPETITIVE PAY PLAN - Guaranteed 40 Hours per Week=$600/week Guarantee! PLUS BONUSES!

Earn from $41,700 to over $125,300+/year! (based on experience/skill)

GREAT 4 Day Work Week! (Work Monday, Friday, Saturday, and one other weekday. OFF on Sundays, and TWO weekdays between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What You Will Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle
• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic
• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person
• Seek customer referrals
• Deliver a great customer experience
• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training

What We are Looking For:

• Sales skills from experience in any industry
• Customer service & people/social skills
• Automotive Sales Experience is a PLUS, but not required!
• Must be at least 21 Years of Age
• Prior retail sales, restaurant servers/bartenders & hospitality experience is a PLUS
• Professional demeanor & well-groomed appearance
• Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• An outgoing, friendly personality
• Good People Skills, able to build Rapport with customers
• Good Computer Skills
• Good Presentation Skills
• Punctual, Reliable, & Motivated
• Social Media skills are a PLUS
• Bilingual Skills are a PLUS
